When I first started offering Yoga for Everyone sessions, I didn’t expect them to have such a profound impact on my daily life. I was someone who relied heavily on to-do lists and schedules to manage my day. The pressure of an ever-growing list often left me feeling overwhelmed, constantly rushing to catch up. But through teaching yoga, I’ve learned something truly transformative: I don’t need to rely solely on my mind to navigate through the demands of the day.

Teaching yoga has helped me tune into my body and my feelings in a way I hadn't before. I stopped obsessing over unfinished tasks and began listening to my intuition, letting my gut guide me on what to do next. Instead of stressing over the items I didn’t get to, I started trusting that everything would unfold as it should. And the results have been amazing. Things flow more effortlessly now. I forget less, feel more, and experience the joy of being present.

Through these sessions, I’ve realized that when we trust ourselves, everything else seems to fall into place. Loving and listening to our bodies is just as important as using our minds. The shift from controlling every detail to simply feeling what’s right in the moment has been truly transformative. It’s a reminder that sometimes we don’t need to plan every step—we just need to trust and let things unfold naturally.

So, if you're feeling overwhelmed by your to-do list, take a moment to breathe, feel, and trust. The answers are already within you, waiting to guide you.
