As I move deeper into this journey of conscious business and alignment with my purpose, it feels like a window has opened—a janela da alma—revealing with clarity, a new identity I hadn’t fully seen before. The transformation is not just happening in my work, it’s happening in how I exist in the world.

The mantra that has carried me through these past weeks, "I am full-time with my purpose. I love my life. I wake up excited," is not just a statement. It’s a practice, a daily embodiment of trust, courage, and expansion. Also, it is a gaze through this soul window, reminding me who I am becoming.

The Power of Visibility: Stepping Fully Into My Purpose

I used to hesitate before sharing my work openly. There was an inner voice whispering, Is this enough? Am I ready? But through the Conscious Business Accelerator, I’ve realized that visibility is not about perfection—it’s about presence. It’s about presence. It’s about opening the window of the soul, allowing light and truth to pour through, even when things are still unfolding.

Sharing my journey—whether through yoga classes, retreats, laughter sessions, or even writing these blog posts—is an act of trust. And trust, I’ve learned, is the foundation of everything. Trust in myself. Trust in the universe. Trust in the people who are meant to find me.

From Fear to Expansion: Holding Space with Confidence

One of the biggest shifts I’ve embraced is the difference between fear-based action and expansion-based action. Fear-based action is rooted in scarcity—What if this doesn’t work? What if people don’t come? Expansion-based action, on the other hand, is rooted in curiosity and openness—What if this could be amazing? What if I am already enough?

This soul window has shifted how I see myself and my offerings. When I guide a yoga session, I no longer feel the need to prove anything. I simply offer. I hold space. And I trust that those who need this practice will arrive, and those who resonate with my energy will stay.

That shift—from chasing to allowing—has changed everything.

Money as Energy: Receiving with Gratitude

This journey has also invited me to redefine my relationship with money. I used to struggle with charging for my work, as if asking for financial exchange somehow diminished its purity. But I now see that money is simply energy. It flows where value is created. And when I offer my gifts with integrity and openness, that same energy returns through the same soul-window I once hesitated to open.

Abundance is not about hoarding. It’s about circulation. It’s about giving and receiving in ways that sustain and uplift us all. This has been a liberating realization that allows me to expand my offerings with an open heart.

Creating Impact: The Ripple Effect of Showing Up

Every time I step into my purpose, I see the ripples it creates. A student leaves a class feeling lighter, more connected. A retreat participant discovers a new depth within themselves. A conversation plants a seed of transformation. These are not grand gestures—they are moments of soul-recognition, glimpses through the window that let us see ourselves more clearly.

We are all here to offer something. And when we hold back, we are not just dimming our light—we are withholding the healing, inspiration, and connection that others may need. So my commitment is clear: I will keep showing up. I will keep sharing. I will keep opening the janela da alma, creating spaces for transformation, knowing that the ripples will continue to expand and that the light flowing through will touch others too.
