Over the past weeks, I have been diving deep into the Conscious Business Accelerator course, and the insights have been truly transformative. This journey has reinforced my belief in the power of alignment—how being true to ourselves not only changes our inner world but also has the potential to create ripples of positive impact around us. I want to share some key reflections and takeaways with my Yoga for Everyone community, as they have shaped the way I see my purpose and the work I do.
The Power of Presence and Letting Go
One of the most profound realizations I had was the simple yet powerful idea: You change the world by being yourself. Just being is enough. When we meditate collectively for peace, violent crime in the world is reduced. This reaffirmed the impact of consciousness, intention, and energy.
During one of the meditations, I imagined putting all my thoughts in a box—letting go of distractions. (Admittedly, I also placed my husband in the box during my first attempt. Sorry, baby!) But the lesson was clear: we are not our thoughts, and we are constantly shifting energies. The past does not define us.
Why I Want to Help People
I have always known that yoga is more than just movement—it is healing, transformation, and deep self-connection. My mission is to create an inclusive, diverse, and safe space where people can:
Heal and become aware of their higher self
Release past burdens and limiting beliefs
Experience meditation, breathwork, and embodied movement
Gain flexibility—not just in the body, but in the mind
Feel empowered, free, and confident
Through journaling, breath work, and sound journeys, I aim to guide others toward feeling lighter, more at peace, and connected to themselves. The world needs more safe spaces for self-discovery, and I am here to offer that.
The Journey of Reframing
One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced is reframing my past experiences—taking painful moments and turning them into growth opportunities:
When a doctor charged me an unreasonable amount for my mother’s treatment, I learned that with support, I can overcome any challenge.
When my past relationship was filled with betrayal, I found self-love and realized that people are free to do what they want, but the universe always realigns what is meant for us.
When I struggled to find work in Flanders due to the language barrier, I turned to volunteering—which led me to discover my passion for teaching yoga and building community.
Every experience has brought me closer to my true calling. These were not setbacks, but nudges from the universe, guiding me toward my purpose.
The Deep Work: Healing & Transformation
Another key aspect of this journey has been understanding that trauma is stored in the nervous system. Techniques like somatic breathwork, DMT breathing, the Wim Hof Method have helped me access deep-seated emotions and release them.
The conscious business journey is not just about external success—it is about inner transformation.
Overcoming Fear and Embracing Abundance
I’ll be honest: stepping into this work full-time is not easy. The fear of financial instability, self-doubt, and imposter syndrome often creeps in. I worry about covering rent, reaching enough students, and sustaining this dream. But I am learning to shift my mindset:
Money is not something to chase—it is energy.
Abundance flows when we trust and align with our purpose.
The key is to serve first, and the right opportunities will come.
Building Yoga for Everyone: The Next Steps
I know that Yoga for Everyone is needed. Accessibility, inclusion, and diversity in healing spaces are crucial. However, building this dream without large investments is challenging. I don’t have a fancy website, expensive materials, or an advertising budget—but I have passion, a mission, and a willingness to serve.
So I keep showing up. I continue posting, inviting, and offering what I can through social media, Eventbrite, and word-of-mouth. But I also recognize that I need to become more confident, financially stable, and open to receiving support.
The Purpose Journey: Aligning with My Full-Time Calling
Through this course, I have learned that purpose unfolds in stages:
The Calling – Realizing that this is my path.
The Refusal – Clinging to what is familiar.
The Nudge – Life events pushing me forward.
The Guide – Finding mentors, books, and inspiration.
The Dark Night of the Soul – Facing deep fears and resistance.
Clarity – Gaining insights through failures and transformation.
Purpose – Fully stepping into my mission.
Right now, I am in the expansion phase—manifesting my vision, trusting the process, and showing up wholeheartedly.
Moving Forward: A Call to Community
I want to invite all of you to be part of this journey. If you resonate with the mission of Yoga for Everyone, let’s connect. Whether it’s joining a class, spreading the word, or simply sharing your own experiences, I believe that community is what makes healing possible.
Together, we are stronger. Together, we heal.
With love and gratitude, Ludmila
